In this fantasy novel (102,025 words), Celesta wishes the gods would stay out of her life. If it isn't a nymph interrupting her lunch break, then there's a siren causing trouble at her neighborhood bar. Dealing with the gods' servants is bad enough, but then Hermes shows up and demands Celesta's help. Someone is kidnapping gods, and Hermes hopes Celesta will save them.

Celesta isn't alone, but if this keeps up, she might be. The gods are losing control over their domains, and the only way to take back some of that power is to kill their Remnants and steal it back. Celesta and a few other Remnants have to find out who or what is draining the gods... before the pantheon kills every Remnant, including Celesta.
